Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I haul a motorcycle in this trailer?
- Yes. We put motorcycle tie-downs right in the floor, so you can strap a bike down flat and haul it dry. Roll it up the back, anchor the front wheel and frame, and it rides closed in the whole way. Plenty of New Haven and Fort Wayne riders use it for that.
- What is the diamond-plate box on the front for?
- It is extra locking storage that lives outside the cargo space. Keep your straps, chains, tools, or a fuel can in there, separate from whatever you loaded inside. It frees up the floor and keeps the small stuff from sliding around on the road.
- When does an enclosed trailer beat an open one?
- Grab this one when the weather is wrong or the load needs to stay private. Moving a few rooms, hauling tools to a job, or running a delivery that can not get rained on. It locks, so you can leave it loaded overnight. We rent it daily or for the weekend.
- What do I need to tow it?
- Most half-ton trucks and SUVs pull this fine. It is a single-axle 7x12 at 7,000 lb GVW with a standard ball coupler. Make sure your hitch and ball are rated for the loaded weight, plug in the lights, and check that the back door is latched before you head out.
